Minecraft Slime Farm Seeds
By the ChunkScan Team · Updated August 2026
About one chunk in ten is a slime chunk, and they are usually scattered. In each seed below, 8 or more slime chunks touch side by side within 512 blocks of spawn, so one farm can cover several of them. Seeds with the largest cluster come first, worked out from the world seed the same way the game does. Open a seed to see the slime chunks on its map.

Why a slime chunk cluster matters
Slimes spawn below Y 40 only inside slime chunks. A farm over one chunk gives a trickle of slimeballs; a farm over a cluster of touching chunks gives a much bigger spawning floor in one build. Slimeballs make sticky pistons, leads and magma cream. Slimes also spawn in swamps and mangrove swamps between Y 51 and 69 in the dark, most on a full moon; a witch hut marks a swamp.
How the clusters are measured
Java slime chunks follow from the world seed, so we check every chunk within 512 blocks of spawn and count the biggest group of slime chunks that share a side. Bedrock slime chunks are the same in every world, so this list is Java only; on Bedrock, use the slime finder instead.
