Minecraft End City Finder
End cities are the purpur towers of the outer End and the only place to find the elytra — the wings that let you fly. This finder maps them on the End map for any seed, entirely in your browser, so your seed is never sent to a server. End cities generate on the outer islands starting roughly 1,000 blocks from the central island, so the nearest is shown out past the origin rather than next to spawn. Positions differ between Java and Bedrock, so pick your edition first.

Why hunt end cities?
End cities are the purpur towers of the outer End, and the only place to find the elytra — the wings that let you glide and, with rockets, fly. They also hold shulkers (for shulker shells and shulker boxes) and enchanted end-game gear in their loot chests. Every serious late-game world runs on elytra, so the nearest end city is a milestone worth planning for.
Reaching the outer islands
End cities only generate past the void gap around the central island, so you need to bridge or use an ender pearl or end gateway to reach them. The map is centered on the origin where the outer islands begin, so use it to pick a direction before you leave the main island.
Java and Bedrock
End cities generate in both editions, but the same seed places them differently on Java and Bedrock, so choose your edition above. Loot and the elytra ship are the same on both platforms.
