Minecraft Archipelago Seeds
By the ChunkScan Team · Updated August 2026
An archipelago is a group of small islands close together in open ocean. Each seed below has two or more islands within 300 blocks of each other and within 512 blocks of spawn, largest group first, measured by generating the world with cubiomes. Open a seed to see the islands on its map.

Why play an archipelago
Each island is a separate base site, linked by boat. You get beaches, seagrass and kelp, shipwrecks and buried treasure in the shallows, and ocean monuments in the deep water around. Land is scarce, so trees and passive mobs are worth more.
How the islands are measured
Each seed was generated with cubiomes, the world-generation library that mirrors the game, for the listed Java version. We map land and ocean within 512 blocks of spawn, find the islands surrounded by ocean, and group islands that lie within 300 blocks of each other. The biggest group counts. Positions differ on Bedrock, so use these seeds in Java.
