Minecraft Bedrock Island Spawn Seeds
By the ChunkScan Team · Updated August 2026
An island spawn puts you on a patch of land with ocean all around, the classic survival island start. Every seed below was scanned on Bedrock Edition and starts on an island. Open one to see the island and the nearby shipwrecks and ruins on the map before you create the world.

What counts as an island spawn
The scan measures the land around the spawn point. A seed counts when spawn sits on land that is mostly cut off by water, not on a beach of a large continent. The seeds with the most islands nearby are listed first.
Bedrock and Java islands
Since 1.18 the same seed number gives Java and Bedrock the same terrain, but Bedrock seeds are limited to 32-bit numbers and the spawn point is chosen differently. These seeds were checked on Bedrock, so you start on the island, not on the mainland next to it.
